A Warm Welcome and a Word about Me:

Hello! I am Wanda McKnight. I am the Speech Language Pathologist here at Dogwood and I am really looking forward to a new school year. I have 20 plus years experience working with children with communicative disorders.

My duties and responsibilities include assessment and therapy in the areas of articulation (speech), language, voice, and fluency (stuttering). I serve those students who have an IEP and have met the eligibility requirements for a specific communication impairment as determined by the Tennessee Department of Education assessment standards.
